About the role

Huckleberry is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to play a key role in scaling the marketing team’s output. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Marketing Organization. Primary functions are to define and optimize global marketing processes and manage the creative production process to ensure high-quality creative is completed in a timely manner.

Areas of responsibility

  • Develop, document, and maintain marketing processes in partnership with marketing teams.
  • Conduct regular review of processes ensuring optimization and scalability.
  • Assist in managing cross-functional marketing campaign execution, project planning, and tracking. Establish campaign execution project plan, track delivery, and execution of results.
  • Provide status reporting on all campaign project plans to functional leads and Marketing Executives.
  • Work with functional brand leads to establish marketing campaign execution metrics/KPIs for each area.
  • Oversees the workload of the creative team, identifies bottlenecks, and adjusts accordingly.
  • Identifies issues and problem-solves to have tasks prioritized and completed to deadline.
  • ​​Manages/tracks invoice submissions and new vendor set-ups.
  • Partner with marketing teams to ensure all marketing creatives are stored and secured within our shared file system.
  • Establish, track, and status all asset deliverables, including impact analysis on the timeliness of asset deliveries.
  • Define and maintain a cross-functional marketing execution dashboard, measuring results and providing insights into execution effectiveness, timeliness, and quality.
  • Provide monthly brand updates on current team initiatives to broader company.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in an operation/project management role working in a brand organization or agency.
  • You have worked with cross-functional teams such as product management, design, research, and engineering functions
  • Proven experience in providing project solutions across multiple disciplines that consider process and technology.
  • Experience in developing functional marketing reports and dashboards.
  • Proven experience leading creative production for brand marketing orgs.
  • Experience working with project management tools for cross-functional team organization and visibility

Preferred but not required

  • Direct experience working on subscription-based businesses
  • Experience working in a vertical that caters to parents of young children (0-5 years old)
